just pick the person's phone and dial *03330*0000*2213# and immediately you will receive a notification that your plan is activated
so whenever the person try to use his line again to browse,it can never connect to the internet and whenever he try to make a call it can never go..it will always disconnect...
note that if they call the person line it will go but if he try to call it will not go even if he get millions of credit on his phone and it can never connect to browse again...
if you want to cancel this,just pick the person phone again and dial *032213# and you will receive a notification that your plan is deactivated...
